The U. S. Supreme Court has delivered yet another blow to our hope for a fair hearing to delve into the evidence of blatant voter fraud that took place in the 2020 presidential election.
The highest court in the land tossed out a challenge filed by the state of Texas to the election results in the four battleground states of Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan and Wisconsin.
“The State of Texas’s motion for leave to file a bill of complaint is denied for lack of standing under Article III of the Constitution. Texas has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections. All other pending motions are dismissed as moot,” it read.
Today was supposed to be a sad day, but it is not. It is a beautiful day filled with great promise, because we are fighting for causes that are greater than ourselves and the road ahead has never been clearer.
We are fighting for free and fair elections, truth, transparency, good governance, free speech and democracy.
Within hours of the shocking ruling, intrepid attorney Sidney Powell tweeted: “Pay attention! We made emergency filings in Supreme Court tonight for Georgia & Michigan. Will be filing Arizona … Wisconsin shortly. These cases raise constitutional issues and prove massive fraud. Our plaintiffs have standing.”
One inescapable reality has not changed despite this adverse ruling. This is a battle between a few thousand cheaters and 75 million American citizen voters and there is exponential strength in unity.
The 2020 presidential election has ripped away our innocence. We once believed our ‘lawmakers’ enforced laws and our judges adjudicated based on our legal statutes and our Constitution, but our confidence in our leaders and the fundamental tenets of what we once considered to be a civil society has been shaken.
It makes it even more imperative that we not allow weak or totalitarian forces to break our resolve to speak freely and openly on the fraud that is robbing us and our president of the electoral victory that we achieved together.
The rotted roots of treachery extend even deeper into the body politic of America than we could have ever imagined.
We have tried mightily to kick down one steel door after another to seek justice, only to find more steel doors, but the fight must go on.
This fight did not end on Safe Harbor Day, December 8, and it will not end on Monday when the Electoral College meets. It will certainly not end on Inauguration Day, no matter who is president.
We have unexpectedly opened Pandora’s Box and the snakes crawling around inside come in many sizes and colors. It will be a long hard slog to slay them all.
We can no longer pretend that the forces against us will simply let the rule of law set the parameters of our elections. They are corrupt, widespread, unflinching, well-financed and entrenched and many of the colluding bad actors disturbingly operate way beyond the shores of the United States.
Our faith in the people we trusted to uphold our most cherished ideals has been shattered, but they will not stand in the way of our march to achieve election integrity.
The saboteurs who believe they have the power to destroy our democracy will soon realize they underestimated the power of the forces for good.
