Deplorables are laughing hysterically at deranged Republicans who are privately expressing their “extreme contempt” for President Donald Trump as they recede into the annals of history.
Republicans who were covertly or openly colluding with Democrats are now reaping what they have sown. Trump’s voters, who put their hearts and souls into getting him reelected, have watched in horror as the establishment looked the other way while Democrats jammed through untraceable batches of hundreds of thousands of ballots, often exceeding the number of eligible voters in several precincts.
Now they hope to scare the Deplorables into going to the polls as Republicans are desperately trying to save two Senate seats in Georgia that will determine whether they retain control. Who do they think they are talking to?
Republican Sens. David Perdue and Kelly Loeffler have been forced into two January runoff elections against Democrats Rafael Warnock and John Ossoff after failing to hit the 50% threshold in vote counts in the presidential election.
Republicans are hoping that their super PACs, American Crossroads and Senate Leadership Fund, which are pumping $80 million into ad buys in Georgia, will do the trick.
These allies of soon-to-be Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell are laden with cash. The party is also promising more than $20 million and 600 staffers to help in both races.
In one scary ad Loeffler narrates: “This is America but will it still be if the radical left controls the Senate? Rafael Warnock called police thugs and gangsters, hosted a rally for Communist dictator Fidel Castro and praised Marxism in speeches and writings. Raphael Warnock will give the radicals total control. Saving the Senate is about saving America from that.”
Georgia conservative radio talk show host Erick Erickson said he was “really, really, really worried” last week after reading emails from Republicans who plan to ditch the Senate runoffs because they suspect voter fraud in the presidential election.
Meanwhile former Democratic gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrahms is already celebrating a reported 600,000 requests for absentee ballots that will no doubt be counted with GOP monitors kept several feet away because of “coronavirus.”
Even recounts will be done quickly and haphazardly by machines instead of proper audits with signature matches. The Republican base refuses to fight for a party which openly allows voter fraud and does nothing about it.
Conservative talk show host Mark Levin tweeted Tuesday: “Dems plan to destroy the federal Constitution as applies to the Supreme Court, the makeup of the Senate, and the Electoral College. They bloviate on TV, beat their chests in righteous indignation, and then pat themselves on the head. They know how to play the media game. But they are not in the fight, and they have no idea how to fight. They are also making it easier for judges and justices to bail, which is becoming a huge problem. I am so sick and tired of these political charlatans.”
GOP bosses, who have been more focused on their own political ambitions and agendas, mistakenly believed they could eliminate the leader of the Make America Again Movement, which they never supported and underestimated, while retaining the support of his base.
Deplorables say they are going to send Georgia a clear message by boycotting the Senate runoff. If Republican officials don’t return the state’s electoral votes to Trump, they won’t support Perdue or Loeffler. They contend that socialism isn’t only looming. It is already manifestly mushrooming in Georgia.
