Dawn Joseph is Publisher and Editor-in-Chief of Washington Radar. She is a 30-year digital and print media executive with extensive experience in publishing. She launched Washington Radar in 2019.
She completed her Bachelor’s Degree in History with Social Sciences at the University of the West Indies, Mona, Jamaica in 1991 and a Certificate in Sub-Editing at the International Institute for Journalism in Berlin, Germany in 1995.
She is a result-oriented individual with a documented record of solving seemingly insurmountable hurdles. She aims to use her platform to generate outstanding content and thought provoking discussions.
Motivated by internal standards, a hunger for excellence and penchant for achieving goals, Dawn is a team manager and coordinator with a high sense of organizational productivity and performance.
She has an integrated knowledge of community newspaper publishing, new media product development, and graphic design. Her core competencies are writing, editing, news analysis and political commentary.
